My Journey
I came to yoga not through inspiration, but necessity. Living with ankylosing spondylitis — chronic pain and stiffness — I needed help functioning. Yoga became that.
Along the way, I've navigated anxiety and the weight that comes with chronic pain. This taught me healing isn't about fixing yourself — it's learning to live with steadiness despite difficulty.
I've been teaching yoga philosophy for a year to practitioners seeking depth beyond asana. This lived experience informs everything I teach.

Beyond chronic conditions, I'm a seeker — a sadhak. I study Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutras, Upanishads as ways to understand how to actually live.
I don't teach perfection. I teach practice — showing up honestly, working with what is, finding steadiness in inevitable challenges.
If this resonates, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
